"Seagrove is a really good place to live. I have lived here for 8 years. The Apartment units are very well maintained and so is the property. Gustavo and his maintenance team are very friendly And work very hard. They get things done, and are very trustworthy. Gustavo came over today and did three things at once. The pool is well maintained, and the workout room is also nice. The amenities are lovely. The office is always helpful and they make sure that there’s community events like food trucks and other gatherings for the residents. I really like living here. I’ve lived in three different units now, and the construction is high-quality just like a house, and the appliances are nice."
